Returns

If you get something other than what you ordered or if it arrives damaged, we want to fix it. We can only accept returns on the same day an item is delivered. Check your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if there's a problem.

How to make a return:

• Contact us: Send an email to [email protected] with your order details and a short description of the problem.
• Attach evidence: Attach clear photos of the item showing the problem, such as damage or an incorrect product.
• Condition counts: The item must be returned in the same condition it was delivered, with no signs of further wear or damage.

Refunds

Refunds are only processed when there is an error on our part, like delivering the wrong item or a damaged product. Refunds will be made through a bank transfer once the returned item is inspected and approved.

Important details:

• Refunds cannot be issued for items that show wear beyond the initial inspection.
• Refund requests based on reasons unrelated to a product issue or our error will not be approved.

Payment and Refund Processing

We only accept cash-on-delivery payments. Upon approval of refund, the amount paid will be remitted directly into your bank account. Please double-check the details of the bank account you input to avoid processing delays.

We shoulder complete responsibility in dealing with your bank details given to us for a refund. In handling the said information, we will respect and comply with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance of Hong Kong. Your data will only be used for the stated purposes and will be kept confidential.
