Rental Procedure

All the orders take place only after thorough verification of the request and after receiving final approval. You must check and report any damage on receipt of goods. Rental items are for personal use only and must be returned in the same original condition.

Late returns or failure to return, along with damage, may incur an extra charge and will be communicated on a case-by-case basis.

Payment Terms

Buxenceo is a cash-on-delivery service. Payments must be made in full at the time of delivery. We do not accept online payments or partial payments.

Refunds, if applicable, are processed exclusively through bank transfers. Refunds are only granted if there is an issue attributable to us, such as delivering an incorrect or damaged item.

Privacy and Data Use

All collected personal data including contact information and bank details, which are provided for refund purposes, will be dealt with under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO) of Hong Kong. Your data will be used only for the purposes directly connected with our services and will not be passed to third parties without your consent.

Limitations of Liability

Buxenceo shall not be responsible for any indirect or consequential losses which may result from the use of our services or rented items. We ensure that our services are of high quality and accurate, but we cannot guarantee access to our platform without interruptions.
